Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from JAYA DINAMIK COMMERCE [Registration No. 202603201943 (003875735-P)], 4, Jalan Nilam 9, Taman Batu Pahat, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor.

1. Defective goods

LCD assemblies and electronic parts found defective on arrival (DOA) may be eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 7 days with photos and order reference. Installed or physically damaged items are typically not returnable unless manufacturing fault is confirmed.

2. How to request

Email enquiry@jayadinamik.com with your order reference, photos and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Non-refundable

Opened consumables, used tools, and items without original packaging (where provided) may be excluded.
